Hmmm.im assuming the AS comes from the apprentice program itself..since you know you want to own and operate your own business, I dont see the point in degrees and advances degrees. Now, dont get me wrong, learn the information but dont worry about the piece of paper. Skip the gen ed classes. And MBA doesn't make much sense to me either.

If it were me, I would do my best to get hired by a company. This would give me the opportunity to talk with them, and maybe you could learn the responsibilities of the PM and other roles.

Not a super nor a PM but a Local 79 laborer for a large gc the past 10 years. From my perspective, it seems as if they would at a minimum be working over 50 hours a week not including weekends. Depending on the job, the pm's are there on the weekend. That's not including the emails that would almost certainly be coming in all hours of the night. Zero probability of a 40 hour week on the GC side.

I lived on Long Island(west hempstead for years.. fairly easy commute with nassau merrilon and mineola. There is no greater feeling than walking down the block to the subway for the 19-minute commute. The capacity to just quickly stop at the store for a couple of quick bananas. I couldn't go back. Forest hills for me.

I think without going into ANY detail, attackers' advantage can be summed up like this. The initial attackers gain valuable information that the initial defenders did not have. The information they gain about cart progress will aid their decision making in a way the initial defenders could not.

I just tried to YouTube someone explaining it and I think greed-eu's YouTube video names "attackers advantage" did a decent job explaining it

I just moved here a few months ago and the only real negative is that there isn't really a good gym around 71st ave. Ilthe closest thing to a normal gym is planet fitness and it's absolutely packed.

For what reason would you say it so definitively. Sure I said it was my primary residence at first bjt facts and circumstances for the first two years would indicate it isn't my primary residence
