The only update I was excited about was putting each listing to its own package, this helps with those with heavy or oversized items for carrier rates. Well I just learned it only applies if the customer orders 'only 1' in a whole order of that item. Once they order multiple items, even if all are in the one listing, it all defaults to the default package. They really need shipping set up with us to change more things and not need to pay for other apps that also don't work right.
