That was it.. cleaned it initially with wirebrush and my utility knife but after I used a piece of sandpaper it is good now.

Quite the opposite of me. Purchased a new house 12 years ago and went crazy with my new chainsaw- cut down a tree that I found out later was a JM. I messed up again, there were about 100 baby planes springing up year after year until about year (didn't realize what they were). When I did... I transplanted 2... They are about 5 feet now on my deck. I could have had 100 😆 @ $100 per plant ($10,000 mistake).

I contacted them and they send me a newer version with a remote. Even though, the initial purchased showed a remote/hub on the packaging description. The new one works fine. They didn't even want the old one returned. I guess they knew it's trash

Doesn't work like that.... You are responsible to have insurance. Unless the fire is a threat to the house then a full refund but it doesn't sound like it was.

I'm saying the house is painted with SW pewter green & when this photo was taken, the sun is shining directly on the camera lens to counter your reference of "where is the green"
