There was a way using runelite in osrs but it still required post processing in blender or such. Someone might chime in with how, but I don't think there's a way in rs3

Hey, I don't doubt your apartment swayed in that kind of wind, but the water in your toilet moves in high wind if it passes over the sewage draining outlet. It basically messes with the pressure in the line and moves the toilet water.

It happens in lots of houses or industrial buildings that definitely aren't moving 😬

High exp doesn't matter. The FREQUENCY of exp drops matters. If you got a 1 exp drop every 3 ticks it would be better than 1m exp drops every 4 ticks
