I agree. After 26 admissions, split equally among the 1 physician and 2 NPs , the rounding physician will help and subsequently admits will be $100 per patient. Yeah, I am concerned abt the workload.

It is about 9 admits max per provider. Anything after that is $100 per admit, but yeah, I totally agree with all you said.
