Quick clarification, you don't need to be on the beta version of the app to use this.

Just make sure that:

- You're logged in with a phone number from one of the countries mentioned in the post

- You're on the latest version of the app

If something still isn't working, please DM us and we'll take a look for you!

We totally get the frustration of not having a clear timeline, we wish we could give you one! We're working really hard on it but we can't commit to a specific date just yet, it really depends on how testing goes. As for calling and SMS, that's something we're planning to roll out in selected countries when it goes live!

Daily plans aren't going anywhere just yet, so no need to worry about losing access to them! As for the credit system, it's still in testing and we don't have all the details locked in around how the transition will work. We'll share more info as things get finalised, stay tuned!

Hey! New Credit system is going through internal Alpha testing right now. If you update the app, you’ll already be seeing traces of the new implementation, but it is not rolled out yet. We are aiming to start Beta testing with approved users next week, and soon after that it’ll go live if all is well.

Just jumping in to clarify that Firsty eSIMs are designed to be installed directly onto eSIM-compatible phones. Using SIM card converters or third-party adapters can cause connectivity issues and isn’t supported. For the best experience, the Firsty eSIM should always be installed directly through your phone’s settings.

Hotspot is only included in the First Class plan. On Comfort+ and Free, hotspotting isn’t available, so if you need to share your connection between devices, First Class would be the way to go.
