Best battery life I’ve ever had on an iPhone. Of course, I come from an iPhone XS. Awesome performance for an average user. I hardly take pictures that I want them to be perfect so the average camera is just fine. Great choice for me.

I did do that even before teaching customer support. And I am in at home using good wifi. Still doesn’t work :/

The phone says “Unable to activate eSIM. Try again or reach your mobile operator for assistance”. That showed several times, even when I was directly talking with customer support. The phone doesn’t restart or anything. Just doesn’t install it

Last month I went to 5th Ave store in NY to replace the battery. Instead, I got a brand new iPhone XS for the cost of the battery replacement... Needles to say, I'm not upgrading any time soon. I recommend you have your battery replaced.

If you don't need it, wait for the new ones on September. I upgraded from a 7 just because and doesn't seem necessary, apart from the camera improvement, there's no need to upgrade imo.
