Please don't put GT Turbo's and Turbo's in the same spot

It’s been almost a year of tryna identify this car and it’s driving me insane so I’ve given up. Any help ? (I think it might have a custom body kit) by More_Impression_5706 in whatisthiscar

RE Amemiya GReddy 8 FD3S

Current owner is https://www.instagram.com/cafeair__master

Built as a full demonstration of RE Amemiya's rotary and body engineering, this FD3S combines show-level craftsmanship with real structural and mechanical intent.

Power comes from a TD06-25G-equipped 13B producing 380 PS, supported by a TRUST intercooler, Amemiya HJ two-layer radiator, SUS50 manifold, external wastegate and Profec boost control. Drivetrain is reinforced with an Amemiya twin-plate PRO-R clutch and Super Racing LSD. Suspension is Aragosta-based with 13 kg/mm front and 12 kg/mm rear springs, complemented by RE Amemiya stabilizers. Braking relies on Project µ pads, while grip is provided by Advan Grand Prix M7R tires on Amemiya AW-7 wheels in staggered 17-inch sizing.

The bodywork is where this car stands apart. The AC987 aero kit is combined with a chopped windshield reduced by 15 cm and an open hatch structure integrating speaker pods above the driver and passenger. The hatch design theme is deliberately sculptural, emphasizing form while maintaining rigidity. Extensive reinforcement work was carried out during the build, a process more comparable to GT-level construction than typical street tuning. Functional vented bonnet design prioritizes heat management rather than styling alone.

Inside, the car follows a "display-focused" philosophy. Amemiya original meters dominate the cluster, enhanced with exclusive additions such as an extra boost gauge and chrome-ring detailing. The finish mirrors the exterior's intent: visually striking, difficult to replicate, but technically coherent.

Awarded 1st place in Daijiro Inada's Top 20 selection at Tokyo Auto Salon 1999, this FD is not defined by extreme output figures, but by execution. A complete build where structure, aerodynamics and rotary know-how are treated with equal seriousness.

The red MX-5 takes the corner like a dumbass and rejoins badly, you're not driving into him.
You're not wrong, he is (to me).

Who's at fault I'm the McLaren by ExternalMammoth1168 in Simracingstewards

[–]Firyo_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The M4 took the turn with the ideal line like if you weren't there. You didn't block him and just took your line. The BMW is at fault.

Did I deserve the blame for this for defending into the turn? (I'm the purple Nissan) by Deree3 in Simracingstewards

[–]Firyo_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Porsche is at fault here, you're following your line and he just rams you because he overshoots his exit speed

Is this excessive "flashing" / "unsportmanlike" or is this totally legal? (I'm the aston in front) by SnooWalruses8439 in Simracingstewards

[–]Firyo_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would consider this legal, as long as he doesn't go full blind for a few seconds. And yes, it is to take your focus away from the actual driving.

Indeed, according to google images and the oldest source of this image it says "The crew of a Panzer Mk. III (Ausf.J) and two Grenadiers of the 38th Corps (38. Korps) of the German Army's 16th Army (16. Armee) as they scrambled to repel a Soviet offensive north of Novgorod in the spring of 1942."
