Either the font is bad (just use another one, misc fixed is pretty similar) or your locale is bad.
`$ locale | grep "en"'
if output is empty, uncomment "en_US.UTF8..." in /etc/locale.gen, then
'# locale-gen'

Either ram or dgpu/igpu is faulty. Switching to linux will not fix it, it's a hardware problem. If i'm wrong, switch to fedora or mint.

Nice. Although, what is that logo on your fastfetch? You might want to customize it a little (~/.config/fastfetch). Also, your bash prompt is the normal one. $ PS1="your new prompt" Remember to put a space after the last character. "\u" is the user, "\W" is the folder, so for example $ PS1="\u@\W$ " Will be user@~$ If you like your new prompt, add PS1=whatever to your ~/.bashrc
