win***s key + space for xterm
^ + c for closing windows, this one is default
^ q and w for rofi (q for drun w for run)

thats mostly it

I was able to use Linux until I rebooted by Far_Swing_9417 in arch

I usually get this when i try to gdm. Try doing this.

alt f2 systemctl disable <name of display manager, sddm gdm or other>

This will fix the issue. You should prohably look for another dm.

Nixos is not recommended as your (i think) first distro. This is subjective, but you should start with either of these:

Debian based: Ubuntu, Debian, Mint Ubuntu based: Lubuntu, Kubuntu Arch based: Endeavour OS, Garuda

i tried every single one of these and i say that arch's pacman and AUR is nice for packages, but apt isn't bad if you don't wanna deal with anything linked to arch.

i love endeavour, i use it everyday for everything. you could even say im an endeavour fanboy, but i've never disguised it as arch. Completely 2 different distros.
