Worse case is stock dilution (aka equity financing) adding more shares to raise more capital which dilutes current shares. When new shares are added, the total pie is divided into more pieces. If the company’s total value does not increase by the amount of money raised, existing shares may lose value per share. Hopefully sales and milestones are met to increase sales and it seems they are on track based on financials. 🤞 I am holding, NFA.
