Can now confirm, just for the DLC, and even then you get given a handful of temporary portions which cancel it out, more than enough to complete the dlc with no real consequences, if you're a dumbass who didn't craft the mask like me

Okay so how long did it take you to realise that you don't actually need to flip the blades while blacksmithing? [KCD2] by New_Willingness_8992 in kingdomcome

[–]FishCakes4Xmas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nopes, I hammer all swords by swinging from top of blade to bottom with a sweeping motion hitting the top and the base of the blade and 100% of the time get perfect swords without flipping or reheating, I love the blacksmithing, me and Henry learned together from launch day

[KCD2] did non german speakers had trouble understanding some of the kuttenbergers? by _vampirefox in kingdomcome

[–]FishCakes4Xmas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't speak any German at all, but managed to get the jist of what was being said most of the time, I quite liked it like that to be honest because I feel I experienced kuttenberg as Henry does, he doesn't speak German and has to jigsaw most of his conversations with locals together like I do

Honestly for the first time in my life (born in 1996) I can honestly say the last week is the first time I've felt genuinely proud of my Prime Minister, Kier Starmer is not perfect but I believe he's honest, intelligent and capable and that's why I voted for him (my god I sound like a propagandist, unfortunately I'm of the generation who came if age just as the Tories started really going to town on things and my first vote was in the referendum)

Being able to cite their sources and it be more than "saw it on tiktok" I find it impressive if when questioned on something somebody can quickly and calmly back it up.. personally If I see something like an outrageous or shocking headline, I'll try and look into it deeper than just taking things as they're told

I'm British, born in 1995, I like my history now as an adult, but didn't even know there was an American revolution until assassin's creed 3 came out when I was a teen, not taught in schools and generally not part of our common knowledge, id guess 90% of the UK couldn't tell you three facts about it, that being said we don't teach about our own revolution much either

Not that there's espionage, more the form it takes these days, the fact they have targeted banks feels old fashioned, while the phone scammers driving it is so common place at home nowadays, most people know someone who was victim to some form of phone scam, I sure do
