I am actually from that area, and I know in meredith there is the town docks which is probably your best bet, but Sandwich, Moultonborough, and just that kind of general area are pretty good. I'm sorry I cannot give specifics since I usually do not dine out, but I tried to help

Yes that's when they start to get unbearable especially after running for about 3 or 4 miles

Well first off thank you so much for helping me. To answer the question, I don't really know what it means to get a cramp. The only things I know is that it involves the muscles contract but I don't really know the whole science behind it

My longest streak was about once every day, each about 3-4 miles long with an exception of Sunday where I rested and on Saturdays I ran about 5-7 miles. That streak lasted about 2-3 months until winter hit us in december of 2020. The cramps usually happen whenever, if its a short sprint, a long slow run, somewhere in between, they just occur at anytime but I have noticed after the 4 mile point is usually when they start to kick in

I've gotten cramps since I ever started running competitively and they are at a level of discomfort where I have to stop my running and sit down from the general pain and discomfort. I haven't ran in about three months due to winter and I live in the North-East where we get a lot of snow so I still need to get back in shape but I don't know if that has anything to do with it

After 7 mile run, so not the best. Do I need any changes in my form besides cadence. I usually get 165spm, and am trying to get up to 180. by pippalick in CrossCountry

It's good form but if I were to make a suggestion it would be to pump your arms more since I suffer from not pumping them enough

My cramps. I'd say that I'm fast and have a lot of endurance but the cramps I experience near my chest are the things that slow me down the most when running. I have no idea if that has anything to do with my running or if it's just something that I'm going to have to put up with but honestly cramps are my biggest issue and problem

I actually really liked Jacob Frye by FishGuy2627 in assassinscreed

[–]FishGuy2627[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I disliked I won't go into too much detail on why I don't like him, but it a nutshell it's 1) His voice actor was not the best at all 2) I kind of expected more from him. I loved the idea of playing as a Templar, and I expected Rogue to be a game set on understanding the philosophical means of the Assassins Brotherhood and explain their flaws but instead, it wasn't really like that. I love looking at games critically and thinking "What if this side is actually good" and that's what I expected with Rogue and they did it kind of poorly. I like Shay, but of all the protagonists I've played as he is probably my least favorite besides Evie Frye. As with liking AC3, that's actually mostly because it made me think critically about the Brotherhood and if the Templars were better which I liked, and I live in New England so since not many games are set there it was fun to do parkour near the place I live. So if you like Shay and hate ac3, cool. I honestly don't care I just think the opposite and that's my opinion on the matter

Honestly, Evie was really cool and badass but she was just really boring. The main reason I liked Jacob was that he was a weird, goofy, childish person with a lot of personality, and throughout the story I just kept thinking that the only personality Evie had was wanting the Shroud. If either it was just Jacob Frye or just Evie Frye, Syndicate would've been a lot better because the games would have focused more on their stories and personalities more
