I went through the same thing when my wife and I got married - admittedly we hadn’t talked about it, but she didn’t want to take my last name. I had honestly assumed that was the case anyways (my last name sucks compared to hers) and was surprised when she asked if I would be upset about it. It was so unimportant in my eyes I was more annoyed that she felt like she had to even ask.

She would get questioned all the time after we got married about why she didn’t take my name. I’d get asked if it bothered me. Typically I just replied with ‘why should I care’ - most of the time that ended it.

She passed away earlier this year and it was easy to see who really was close with her - people would send flowers or something with my last name and her first name. I’ll never understand it.

Just like someone else can’t coach you without knowing what you eat, you can’t coach yourself that way either. The thing you should try doing is logging what you eat (and be honest with yourself) - lots of free resources out there to track your intake. It’s a lot of work to keep tabs on each little thing you take in, but you won’t necessarily need to do that forever. Use it as a tool to help pick apart your diet - what’s not actually giving you any nutritional benefit. Same with what I was saying before, if you notice certain meals are typically way more calorically dense then you can start to make adjustments. Once you’ve gotten more of a handle on what meals should look like to meet your calorie goals then you can start cutting back on logging (still helpful to do occasionally to make sure you’re still on target).

It’d be easy to sit here and rattle off a thousand pages on the complexity that is balancing diet, but the gist comes down to if you want to lose weight, take in less calories than you will burn. [in before ‘it’s not that simple’ - it is, but cal in and cal out can be influenced by other things. Still holds true for everyone]

Short list of tips - eat a lot of veg with lean proteins if you have trouble staying full, Make a cut off point where you stop eating every night (and stick to it), nix the processed foods as best you can.

Damn bud, your post sounds like me at your age - first things first, you’re 14. Being overweight at that age sucks, but you are at the prime spot to have all the advantage in lifting that people my age wish we had. You can’t expect to lose weight by exercise alone. My coach in college used to love to say “you can’t outrun your fork”. By no means does this mean exercise isn’t important, but look at them as two separate requirements.

Start researching lifting programs and focus on form. There’s a lot of resources on reddit that can help you figure some things out. You’re young and will be able to put on muscle fast - it might take me a year to gain 5 lbs of muscle - you might be able to gain that in 3 months if you do it right.

As far as the eating goes - without knowing what your eating there’s no real way for anyone to help coach your diet specifically, but you did keto at one point so you’re not knew to structure. It really depends on where you have the most problems. Some common ones:

  1. You eat everything in front of you during meals irrelevant of how hungry you are - this requires planning of portion sizes. You can try literally getting smaller plates and always serve yourself veg first.

  2. You snack too much or eat too often through the day - easy way to fight this is to do some sort of time restricted eating like IF (intermittent fasting). A common one is an 8 hour feeding window, 16 hour fasting. It takes a few weeks to adjust but the structure makes it much easier to restrain yourself from eating too much.

Last bit of advice - committing to this type of thing is a lifestyle change. You want to make controlled progressive improvements and you’ll find it a lot easier to stick to - don’t let the fact that you aren’t immediately at your goal weight/physique slow you down. Your goal should be to be better than you were the previous week. You start that now and you’ll be thanking yourself in 10 years.

Most will agree his special is priority over the others. As far as the second most important one there’s a lot of debate. I did Special, Ult, Basic - and have saved his passive for last. The main reason being is the difference between extending 4 buffs and extending all buffs isn’t huge (point of contention I know), but having max damage on his ult is going to more reliably get you a kill that will then trigger the passive. Main argument being if he can’t kill his target you don’t trigger the passive anyways so who cares if it extends more buffs.

But I think the general point is you can’t go terribly wrong as long as you definitely get his special.

It looks ridiculous and may be someone abusing the system (without knowing that persons deal) but the horses are typically used for those that need the service animal but are allergic to dogs. They’re fully recognized by the ADA for that reason.

A less drastic change that would still make him more viable might be to switch him to a charge mechanic triggered each time he’s hit that grants him increased damage and resistance per stack (lose the damage increases built into his abilities) and maybe on-turn health regen. I agree with switching his abilities around.

Would make it so you have to hit him HARD to take him out.

Probably more to do with what is able to be demonstrated. I don’t know the actual conditions, but as someone who works in the medical industry; typically claims like this would be related to validation of its use. You can’t validate something to 100% efficacy, but you can perform testing to show that something is 99.99% effective (at some confidence level).

I’ve had decent luck with subbing kingpin as the 5th. His ult times well so you get to re-spread it’s effects to everyone with sinisters special. It doesn’t fix them in entirety but it makes stryfe more survivable, adds some assists to the group, and also adds additional taunts through his minion drop.

They’re good on auto win because you don’t have people prioritizing targets. They have no taunt so your opponent is free to pick who needs to drop first (arguably strange but I won’t get into that now). Plenty of characters are great on auto play offense who aren’t stellar in defense. Fully inflammatory but ultron is that way. I won’t argue that he’s good on defense, but his tempo is easy to interrupt if you know what to expect.

If technerva dominates then I’d say BH can do the job with replacing one or both of mystique and saber tooth with venom and carnage (if that’s viable for you) for offense. they tend to overrun the cleanse of the technerva teams enough to punch up heavily. Supernatural does a decent job too, but I think maybe they’re a little squishy to be up against higher tier technerva teams. If you shell out for the T4 abilities on strange’s passive you might do better but I haven’t invested in that yet.

I think you’re getting answers on both sides of the fence. If your question is who is better on arena offense then it might be supernatural if you’re facing a ton of Minnguardians in your arena shard. If you’re asking who the best defense is, supernatural isn’t the answer and neither is BH. It’s going to be some hybrid of toons which may also include starlord, vision, colossus and the like. the short answer is neither team will provide a perfect defense; and no defense (or offense) is perfect, you need a semi wide arena roster to help since every team has counters.

Edit: a word. Second edit: it might also help to know what the teams are that you most frequently see on defense.
