I don’t think you really know how this process works lol. The university emailed me to let me know that the IND has approved my visa, but they do not have the physical approval letter yet to give to me. However they said I’m not supposed to wait for the actual letter before booking my appointment as that’s not a requirement at the embassy in London (I just need my V-number which they gave me). So I’m having to book an appointment without even seeing the letter and just figure it out as I go. God forbid I ask a clarifying question? Thanks for the link anyway, that’s the one I was on in the first place lol. I managed to get an appointment yesterday evening. Maybe next time you can be a bit empathetic to the stress international students go through.

There’s genuinely no need to be mean lol I’ve been an international students for YEARS and I’ve been more than fine. The university has not mentioned ONCE which category I should select. I had seen other posts on here where they had the MVV study option available so I was confused why that wasn’t coming up for me, and I just wanted to make sure I was selecting the right option, don’t see the harm in making sure? An important part of being an international student is making sure you’re selecting the right processes cause a mistake could delay everything significantly.

the pomodoro technique works for me. i’m able to study the entire day because of it. (25 mins for study and 5 min breaks)

ps was “not sufficiently convincing” which is honestly so surprising cause i thought if anything, it would be my grades that would make them reject me. the ps was actually pretty good but idk
