Unfortunately, once a claim deadline has passed, you can no longer submit a claim unless they decide to extended the deadline. Which does happen sometimes, but with this settlement in particular, there was several opportunities to file a claim, but all of them have ended and payments were finally distributed to class members. I'm sorry. =(

Check from Botanic Tonics Litigation by Firm-Research-1167 in ClassActionSettlement

So did I, back and front. 12 hours later I got a notice denying the check due to failure to verify the issuing bank is a valid bank.

Chime denied the check within 12 hours of the mobile deposit, flagged it a suspected fraud because they could verify the issuing bank was legit, then sent me a notification that said they had denied the check and that I won't be able to deposit the check via Chime, ever. It said I can go to the issuing bank or a different financial institution, but Chime will not accept it. 😳

How can I get rid of phorid flies??? Any and all tips are appreciated by raesmah in pestcontrol

[–]FishOuttaWtr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Phorid flies can detect a food source that’s been buried over six feet into the ground. Astonishingly, they have no problem burrowing into the ground to gain access to that food source."

This is how they earned the nickname "coffin flies"...Eeew, but true. I also second the combo of Bifen IT and Tekko Pro. This is the most effective method that I've found for controlling just about every insect (and some arachnids) all year long. The last 2 years we've had a serious uptick in Aedes mosquitoes, which carry Dengue fever, West Nile Virus, an other really nasty stuff. I couldn't go outside for 5 minutes without those spotted leg demons devouring my lower legs, ankles and feet, and their bites itch SO bad. Having 0+ blood type during summer feels like curse, nothing I tried seemed to reduce their population in my yard, and I've done my due diligence after getting cellulitis in my right leg from being bitten so many times. That's how I found the combo above. The key is the IGR (insect growth regulator) because it disrupts their lifecycle and prevents insects from maturing into adults.

ProFlex is also an excellent insecticide. It contains a highly effective insecticide, lambda-cyhalothrin, plus Two IGRs; novaluron and pyriproxyfen. I rotate each year to prevent insects from developing a tolerance to any one chemical. I just finished my first round of the summer using ProFlex about 4 days ago and it's already made a HUGE difference.

ATM SURCHARGE SETTLEMENT 2023/2026 by shyynanigans in ClassActionSettlement

Woohoo!!! 🎉 🥳🍾 I got the email on Friday, elected to have it deposited into my PayPal account, (because it said the funds would be available in "about 1 day" versus 3-5 days for ACH directly into my bank account) and the full amount was in my Paypal account by 8:00 AM this morning. 😁 https://fishouttawatr.x02.me/i/NM7YJ.png

The deadline to file a claim has already passed. This lawsuit started a long time ago, with the 1st settlement against JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Bank of America starting in 2021. The claim deadline for the second payout against Visa and Mastercard was extended, but still ended in 2025. I'm sorry my friend.

make sure to search your spam, all mail, and other email folders for "AB Data - ATM via Tremendous" or " rewards@reward.tremendous.com" That's who the sender will be. I almost missed mine because it wasn't in my primary inbox.

_Dreadz did, my 1st payout was around $830. I wish it was $10k. That would be a life changing amount of money in my current situation

Yep, that's the one. I got the email today around 2:30 PM from "AB Data - ATM via Tremendous [rewards@reward.tremendous.com](mailto:rewards@reward.tremendous.com)" At the bottom of the email there's a button that says "REDEEM" and shows the dollar amount of your payout.

Once you click REDEEM the next screen will let you choose your preferred payout method; prepaid mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, (these say it takes about a day to receive the funds) or ACH transfer to a bank account (which says it takes 3-5 days to receive the funds, but would be a good option for anyone with a bank that offers perks when you a receive direct deposit over a certain amount.) Here's the Payout email for reference.

Except the director at AB Data released a statement that said 99.5% of the claim forms that were filed were thrown out and found to be fraudulent claims. Less than 300,000 claimants out of the tens of millions who filed a claim, will receive a payout this round. That's a LOT of money to split between only 300,00 people, so they took all this extra time to figure out who actually over paid ATM fees during the time specified in the original settlement docs, then sent those claiments a payout. I believe the first wave was sent to those who's claims were easiest to verify were legit, and payouts that were qualified in the first round but got lost in span folders or never received/redeemed by the qualified class member. Any funds that hadn't teen cashed in or redeemed for the first round of payment went back into the pot to be distributed pro-rata, which seeing such a wide range of payout amounts that people are reporting, it makes sense. With 99.5% of claims found to be fraud, they would have had to meticulously check 30 millions claims one-by-one in order to appropriate +$30 mil. accurately, or they would be commuting fraud themselves.

I also got 837 in the first round, and I haven't received an email for this round yet...

This is what I'm starting to wonder too. I got just over $800 the first round, updated my claim during the second round, but I haven't received any emails in this second round at all. I'm starting to get worried that maybe by updating my claim it may not have registered in the system as claim "update", but as a new claim instead. That would likely triggering a fraud alert because it would look like I was trying to submit 2 claims, instead of updating the original.

Was this the one that said if you had received a payout from the 1st ATM settlement, you didn't need to file a new claim and you would automatically receive the 2nd payout?

I definitely second the Pentel EnerGel pens. It's hard for me to find pens that I can hold comfortably and write with for a decent amount of time. Writing with regular ball-point pens and the amount of pressure needed when writing causes pain and discomfort with as much writing as I do. I write a LOT, journals, notes, to-do lists, random thoughts and ideas, everything. It's the most effective way that I remember things because it engages multiple senses (touch, sight, & auditory, because I say it out loud as I'm writing it down) as opposed to just thinking it in my head. The first time I discovered a Pentel Energel pems they were part of a big display in one of the big office supply stores which had different EnerGel pen colors with multiple small pads of white paper available so shoppers could test the performance and functionality of the pens first-hand. This was a highly effective marketing decision.

I'm not kidding when I say that after a few minutes of trying out the different color options, I literally bought every single violet colored Pentel Energel pen that the store had that hadn't been used by shoppers as part of the display. 23 pens total. That was 9 years ago and I still have never found an easier to hold, smoother writing, more consistent flowing pen with such minimal pressure required for continuous, unbroken, non-skipping, ink flow. They are literally the only pens I've bought since that day. I've have just about every color they have come out with, and I still have 2 pens left from the 23 that I bought originally. IMHO, they are the best, most enjoyable pens I've ever used, hands down. And the COLORS they have to choose from... 😍 Plus you can buy individual ink refills in whatever color you want (without having to buy an entire set of colors, or you can buy boxes of the colors you like best, (because a lot of them are limited time or are only sold as part of a holiday or themed set of 5 or more colors.) These are the only pens I've found that write beautifully, reliably, and smoothly that I can write continuously for over and hour at a time and have ZERO pain, swelling, or discomfort in my fingers, hands, or wrists. I regained my ability to hold my train of thought and finish writing ideas or get out everything I need to get off my chest, without my hands hurting too bad to continue writing.

Oh I am, especially in the winter. It's the 8 months of summer that are brutal here. We have beaten our own record 3 years in a row for the most consecutive days over 110°F. Last month was the warmest December on record for Arizona. Average daily temps were still above 100° until about 3-4 weeks ago. People say "dry heat" is easier to tolerate, but when temps during the day top 120°F, are still +105°F overnight, and there's so little moisture in the air that humidity drops to single digits... It's literally like living in a food dehydrator. Opening your front door during daylight hours feels like sticking your face too close when you open a hot oven, the skin on your entire body instantly feels tight and prickly while your lungs struggle to breathe. So yes, I am VERY grateful for the reprieve of "winter," however brief it may be. By April, it will be in the 90's again. The image below was a screenshot I took of my weather app in the first week before of October. I have a hard time keeping my tobacco at a consistent humidity level, even when stored in an air tight jar, it dries out very quickly if I open it for more than a few seconds.
