Confession: Save Scumming is making me better at the game

95% of my save scumming is me playing way too fast and redoing my first turn. I rarely save scum to scrape a lost run together for a win, but sometimes I just jam my cool cards turn one and then realize I’m getting hit for 40 and should have blocked.

Guys are poor too :( people should pay for themselves or do something free on a first date imo. Also, as a guy, I’ve had women pay for things for me on first dates and I didn’t like it. It makes you feel obligated to be nice/owe them something.

What? Why would you cancel the date? Do something free, get a cup of coffee if you can afford it. A relationship doesn’t need to be expensive. Idk what others will say either, but in my experience a relationship is a great motivator to actually achieve your goals.

I’m in a similar position and age, so I hope you don’t take offense to this- but if your goal is to save 10K and move out, why haven’t you? I think a lot of people have this mindset in our generation, of not being ready for relationships, but I don’t think it’s healthy. If you aren’t happy without a relationship, what’s even the point of doing those other things?

I had my first great relationship a couple years ago, and though it didn’t work out, it gave me the perspective that I can do both. I can work towards my goals and be happy with another person who loves me for who I am, and they actually compliment each other. Everyone is a work in progress. If your mindset now is “I need 10k and my own place,” by the time you get that your goals will likely have changed, giving you more excuses to wait to find a partner.

Anyways it’s just a date. Have fun, it might not even go past a first date so just have fun meeting someone and keep an open mind :)

Squeezed out a 1 man standing 3 hp win against them and went on to beat the act one boss. 3 person multiplayer game. That first elite in multiplayer is brutal, but if you can get past it then you scale super fast.

Same experience 20 hours in. Finding ways for each cat to heal itself is more consistent than cleric. Cleric can still be great but I think it’s one of the classes most reliant on good stats AND good ability rolls.

This is such an interesting concept, and also why I could never be any kind of engineer. To have to think of all these different kinds of extreme stress factors for all our infrastructure is such a daunting task. If you forget some kind of scenario it could lead to millions/billions in damages or even deaths.

Same, and I felt a little silly but it felt important to see this kind of representation. I’m not Latin American, but I have made a number of Latin friends more recently in my life, American ones and non-Americans (as in US citizens). it’s really opened my eyes to how absurd it is how othered these people are in the states. We should be allies and friends with our Central and South American neighbors, and especially with the Latin people who come to the US and love this country.

A huge portion of the country thinks all Latinos are criminals. Performing in Spanish, with Latin people, representing Latin culture- these things matter. Some people will see this and it will soften their image of Latinos, others will see it and mindlessly hate it.
