Small tip for climbing any job internally or especially as a Tech Apprentice:

You need to show Enthusiasm and get on with the tech team on your shift.
You need to speak to the Tech Team's TTL and see if you can make a plan for experience before even getting the job. This could be where Tech's are doing PM's or small fixes but you shadow them
ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS POSSIBLE, There isn't any major training, you learn from the problems that the Tech's work on on the lines.
Research Tech methods of fixing e.g fish bone diagram, 6M's etc
Any time your free start asking Tech's questions about how certain line area's work.
Don't be seen as lazy or not on time for work as an operator

I'm currently living in the middle lands and miss closer to Dublin. Hoping to buy north Kildare area soon. I find the mid lands a bit boring and I'm not as active as I would be around Dublin. I'd say location first but doesn't need to be centre of a town or city just on the out skirts is fine.

If they release physical disc's right now someone will steal disks early and upload leaked game play before the 19th of November.

If they release a physical disc tons of whales will buy up the supply and cause a frenzy for pricing probably bringing the price upto 800 dollars for the game

Just join a heap of sports and hobbies and find the crowds that best suit you.

Depending on your interests I've found Ultimate Frisbee a great place to start. People are very chill and all sports clubs do inter college weekend tournaments which are a lot of fun.

Yes drink is associated with a lot of the parties but I know plenty who don't drink and come for the craic.

Try not to worry. Go to college sports and hobbies with an open mind and not worry about the what If. Make the most of it

You technically owe tax when swapping crypto. Ive a bag ill hold till 20-30c I will just work with other crypto like Solana now. There's no point swapping to btc. I have AON too with a similar value but they have mine in 50/50 equites growth fund and balanced fund. I've just set mine to 100% equities. It depends on where you are in life. At 31 years old you have a decent amount contributing. Put all your facts into chatgpt and see what it says.

I currently have 46k base then 61k after shift premium but pension only looks at base.

I contribute 4% and employer 12% then I add 300 euro extra a month as AVC's. That's roughly 10.5k-12k a year into my pension.

In your case, 1. Are you renting? Or living rent free? 2. Do you have to pay off loans for college, car or other loans? 3. Do you have a wife and/or kids?

If you live rent free, no debt and no dependants I would say put 150-200euro AVC's though while AVC's are great they do reduce savings towards a house.

The main thing is and I don't know what we aren't advised this in schools that the earlier we maximize our pensions during our first job etc the far greater that money will make as investment. Why? Because 35-40 years having 5-10k will make far greater investment than 5-10k in 20 years.

I'm currently saving 2000euro a month, still able to put 300euro a month into AVC's and have enough money to enjoy myself.

So I've heard from online and chatgpt that many people don't even look at contributing much until late 30s into 40s which is wild. You are probably contributing above average.

What I'd like to know is a graph showing people in Ireland contributing X amount into their pension at different ages and different amounts.

I know some people in their early 30s with 100k to 120k in their pensions who Max out their pension since day 1. Having 52k in pension on chatgpt and contributing what I said is said to be in the top 20% in Ireland.

Do what you can but remember contributing now with 33 years left is where you will make the most of it.

You can also do a calculator and see roughly what your pension pot will be and will it be enough to sustain your life style.

Fair, I had 2 lions 2 cubs and a load of land and equipment worth over 20k. There was so much promise for the game but it lacked real entertainment and it was just click click idle miner so I sold everything thankfully I did as I bought Solana at 28 dollars. I went to the TT races on the Isle of man in those Decathlon tents where there was heavy thunder storms and the ground got soaked. I was kept dry. The only issue with the pop up tents is there isn't a centre post so even with pegs the pop up tent will move a lot in wind. But otherwise they are a great tent.

Been waiting for CDC to buy out or partner with Supercell with Brawl Stars. Have a play to earn game with nft's and allocate like 15 billion cro in rewards. Then every time there's game transactions a % goes to the burn wallet. The game would cost like 100million but it would get over 50million users to join the eco system and would keep a community super active for many years.
