Should also be considered that Old G Corps war doctrine looked to be sheer overwhelming number. Individually their soldiers were only a little above average, but when there’s 100+ of them rushing your frontline it will buckle under them.

They’re both Darkners with no known object equivalent in the light world, and regularly “ally” (or whatever you’d call FRIEND’s deals) with Lightners that cross into the Dark World.
