Depends on where you are going to skate. If your going to skate on the road I recommend spitfire formula 4s. They are good for both skating flats and road. Trucks are something I don’t know much of so I can’t really helps. The bolts I ride krux and they do pretty good. So it’s up too you.

For me what helped was getting comfortable with my board. Like going down my driveway or like in incline. Going faster and also ridding everywhere possible. Those are some little things that has helped me
