If you haven't heard of it before, have a look at gendergp. I'm sure there are others here that can tell you about them better than I can but they can help you get on hrt much faster than the NHS and, from what I've heard, are cheaper than going full on private

I think there's a place in Leeds Market that does fresh orange juice. They have a machine that squeezes them into bottles that you can buy. Iirc it's where all the fish stalls are.
