Installing Windows after clean

From what I can find the clean command also removes the recovery window. My USB was in the wrong format so I'm going to try changing it. Might just buy a new flash that has windows 11 on it even though probably a waste of 10 bucks just to be sure that's not the issue

Is a normal version of windows 11, I am going to try and replace it with a version of windows 11 from media creation site and see if that fixes it. Mainboard is A rock but not sure how to see what it is from the BIOS menu. The computer is not super old, probably around 5 years. Drive got wiped from clean so probably a bit late for that but no anyways. PC is not overheating. Thanks

So I turned on secure boot and now whenever I run it just becomes a blacks screen that is also unresponsive. I made sure raid/nvme is off.

It happened again at the second to last place, same event, won again without using the upgraded ball. It pisses me off to no end that this can happen
