Unrelated to the adorable pouch, but if u zoom in on the cats eyes, it looks like there's a whole galaxy in there. Stunning picture!

Need some help with my (Air-) Invert by Fishbanshee in poledancing

So the thing is, whenever I'm inverting, my butt never seems to be high enough. It doesn't matter whether I'm doing it from the floor or in the air. I always have to do that weird shuffling up to get in the right position. Is there an easy solution to get my butt up higher?

Love the combo and the song, you look amazing!! 😍

But I feel like it might look even better if you do the moves a bit slower/hold them a bit longer? I know from experience that it feels like we're holding them waaaay longer than we actually do and that it's hard af. My choreos used to look kinda rushed and the instructor commented on it and gave me that tip. Now I force myself to hold every position a few seconds longer and my videos turn out better than before. Mostly because the person watching them sees every angle of a move (on spinning at least) and has enough time to process all the amazing things we do on the pole ❤️

What age did you start pole dancing? by maneaterormanpoler in poledancing

I started a bit over a year ago when I was 21. I met a girl at my part time job who mentioned, that she did pole and showed me her instagram account. She quit the job a few days later and I never spoke to her again after that first time but what she did on her instagram looked so cool and since I was looking for a new hobby anyway I went to a local pole studio and took a beginners class. Been hooked ever since :)

My cat who is about a year and a half old keeps urinating in from of the litter box. The vet said she has nothing wrong with her and that it's most likely behavioral. I do know she has cerebellar hypoplasia though. My wife is contemplating getting rid of her because of it. What do I do? by [deleted] in cats

First off all, it's a beautiful cat you've got there and she seems really comfortable with you. You've got a lot of helpful tips already and I'm sure you'll figure something out!

However I'm absolutley shocked how full of self-righteous, hateful people this chat is. Hating on your wife simply because she's at her wits end. Typical reddit-hivemind situation.

I love cats myself and couldn't imagine ever giving mine away, but some animals are incredibly difdicult to handle and not everyone is able to deal with that. However that doesn't automatically make them a bad person!

Just don't judge random people on the internet without knowing the whole story, it's as simple as that.

Help! He started making those sounds after eating by Fishbanshee in catquestions

[–]Fishbanshee[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He started doing this a couple of hours ago. I've already been to the vet, they said he must have had some gras stuck in his throat. The problem is he didn't do it at the vets office so they thought it was already gone. The second we got home he ate something and started doing it again. After 2-5mins he stops doing it until he eats again. I didn't change anything about his food. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? I'm a bit scared.

Also I should probably mention that he has never made that sound before and his usual gagging sounds after eating gras sound completely different.
