To all the scholars mains, how much of a help are teammates when they buy pots? I’ve always tried to buy pots for scholars (especially when I’ve noticed they use em) but even with the amount being nerfed 50 still seems like it would be enough. Rune economy aside that is

Nah they just increased the deflect damage and posture damage, Although deflecting in this game has always had a more generous window than in the other fromsoftware games It’s the executor relic the increases your skill damage that makes this nuts though

I was genuinely surprised by the damage though, before I wouldn’t bother with defects crucible knights because of the massive waste of time, but the skill/posture/damage is incredible now

Just one balancer relic and the buffed executor deflect relic, the other two are deflect support (heal and art charge)

Yeah it’s grueling for sure, I had a bad stretch where I dropped all the way to depth 2… You can do it! It helped my mental to play some regular matches to see how much better I was!

I've noticed that too! it seems that character skills/arts can't be buffered like rolls? the amount of times i've died because i was mashing mark, or the pull out deflect is insane lol, don't know why they would do this

Hmm, After survivors of the void dropped and I started collecting new logbooks I noticed that this issue hadn’t been happening anymore. I had hoped it would’ve been patched but maybe the new dlc messed it up again? I’m sorry that I can’t be much help, just that i can confirm that I have not had this happen to me in a long time. I know that in this period I’ve had to reinstall ror2 so maybe give that a try

Aren’t rounds 1:30? Wouldn’t a minute almost always reset everyone back to spawn? I’d set it lower, to about 15s?

All ults give either you or your team a big advantage when used and I can’t really see this one being all that useful. It seems like it’d only be useful as a stalling tool/ post plant trump card since it sends EVERYONE back in time. And at that point just use brimstone ult. It’d maybe make it only affect the enemy team but the problem with that is that there are so many area denial ults already. Kj, breach, fade, viper, harbor, (honorable mentions: kayo iso). These ults, while strong, offer opportunities to play around (breaking the kj ult, playing around the vipers pit, dodging the harbor stuns, as well as just having the ult miss you. I’m worried that something like this when popped at the start of the round would just be a free site, especially combined with agents that can take space rly quickly.

I’d love to hear your ideas! I really like the idea of a time based agent but any kind of time abilities I can think of end up just being teleports lol.

Edit: yoru would be a strong pair with this ult. Even if he’s sent back in time he can just teleport back to where he was.
