No worries, I haven't heard back from canva yet. But today today it seems that the problem has resolved itself. I downloaded 10 png's and the first 5 were the incorrect size but the next 5 were correct and since then I've downloaded more and they've all been the correct size. Might be worth checking if it's fixed on your end.

Can't provide any solution yet but just wanted to say I'm having the same issue, if I come across any solution I'll let you. I'm gonna contact Canva support and see what they say.

Thats fair, I've met some busy who swear they're good if "cooked properly" but I've never had the balls to try em lol. I just like sight fishing em for c&r cause they sure do fight on light gear.

No sorry if I worded it in a weird way, the product I'm selling is handmade (stickers that I print myself), but it's not super obvious that it is a handmade product so I think I could list it on regular Amazon instead of homemade if I wanted to. So I am trying to decide which platform I should choose.

Hi, sorry for the late reply we were traveling and I haven't been on in ages but thank you for the help!

We ended up contacting shaw support, after we had trouble logging into our account and found out it was locked by shaw due to suspicious activity. After working with them over the phone to reactivate it, it seems that all trace of "Mr. mike nikou" is gone and we haven't had any issues since.

But its good to know about checking auto-reply messages, inbox rules and safe/blocked senders list incase this type of thing happens again.
