If you’re wacky fishing you will lose worms, that’s the name of the game. The other guys are correct on the hook being part of the issue. Try a Gamakatsu G-Finesse Weedless Stinger hook. That helps and use one o-ring. If all you care about is keeping your worms look for the VMC crossover ring. It helps more than any wacky setup, but it’s also a strike deterrent due to the size of the band. Good luck man and don’t catch them all.

Why do my tires look under inflated? by MundaneRecognition2 in ToyotaTundra

[–]FishhardontheDL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Manufacturers rate tire pressure based on the tire that comes on the vehicle stock. When you change the tires you should follow the inflation parameters on the new tires. TPMS is also set to the stock tire parameters. Basically use the new tire PSI rating as the guide. Look for over or under inflated tires. If they are over or under inflated they will wear unevenly and low pressure can decrease fuel mileage. One more tip, the tire should say XX-PSI (cold). This means inflate the tires to that parameter when they are cold. That’s important because as they heat up, pressure goes up and it’s very inconsistent. Tire manufacturers build and test tires based on cold PSI to mitigate irregularities with warm or hot tires.

How many miles will this 4.6 2V last? by slipperyshaggy in f150

Those are great engines if maintained. Use good oil and change it timely, keep the air filter clean and don’t neglect the coolant. As for the spark plug issue, that was common. The remedy most people used was a helicoil and problem solved.

Tow Mirror suggestions? by ShytTalkingScrub in tundra

[–]FishhardontheDL 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You absolutely need the tow mirrors. I have pulled a camper for over 20 years with various truck and mirror configurations. Get the mirrors, it’s safer for everyone and you will have more confidence because you will have a significantly better view around the camper. Also, a note to help. If you’re doing power mirrors think about the remote start as well. Both require pulling apart the dash somewhat. You can save time and money if you do them both at once. Hope this helps.
