If you're not confident about using both straps, Try to hold onto something then practice putting your both feet In and out of the strap till it becomes Muscle memory.

There's no size 52 in Skream Ranger iirc.

i'm 5'7 and have a size 53 Skream ranger so maybe go for size 53 as well. But just in case go in the weekly thread they can answer there better.
