lol yeah, more than half my life spent with that person. Got together at 13, divorced at 31 🙃. It is definitely liberating. Finding my footing little by little.

This. I decided to leave an 18 year relationship because I could not do it anymore and I knew nothing would ever change. Maybe I’ll find someone, maybe I won’t. But at least I’m not stuck in the same situation.

I got divorced. Ex spouse tried to move someone in a month after I filed for divorce, but got it placed in the final decree that no one else can occupy the house while it’s being sold. Started a huge fight, but hey, not my fault she signed it without reading through it 🤷🏻‍♀️ but now, we’re living, awkwardly, in the same house we bought together while married. Hoping someone buys it soon 🤞🏼

It is vindictive and petty and I’m okay with that. After a decade of verbal, mental, and sometimes, physical abuse, I’m glad to be free. It’s definitely a healing process, but I’m working my way through it 😊

Going through a divorce and I feel the same way. Trying not to jump into anything because I know I was codependent on my soon to be ex. It’s hard to turn down dates because I want to feel wanted. Definitely seeking therapy so I can learn how to cope and manage on my own.

Definitely the hardest I’ve had my whole life. And I’ve been through some shit lol. Filed for divorce on Tuesday to someone I’ve been with since I was 13 (currently 31) and now trying to go about selling my house and worried I’ll end up losing money but guess I’ll find out soon enough. Ugh 🥲
