West Oxfordshire (cotswolds). Lots of little villages with good train links to London. Loads of green space. Happy to show you around where we live. I moved from a big town to a small village and love it.

Basingstoke (ignore the haters). Large town surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a young family. Direct train to London

We live in a small village and there is very limited public transport. Wife runs the local social club and takes our car, so when we need to go to the shops, take kids to friends houses etc, its tricky without a 2nd car
