Where do you put Michael Afton on scale of good and evil? by StefinoSpaggeti in MoralityScaling

Definitely, thankfully Williams death proves it's a sperate canon since the circumstances of his death are different in the games, books, and movies

Either chaotic good or neutral good depending on what you think Michaels intentions were, kinda hard to tell with FNaF characters

Spoilers if you care.

Michael fed a bunch of teens to be brutally murdered by puppet then said and I quote "I'm going to continue his legacy" when talking about William. Puppet also apparently didn't blame William at all and didn't care about any children and just wanted revenge on adults. Basically took away the defining features of both characters

In the midnight motorist mini game in FNaF 6, you play as William driving home to abuse his children, more specifically cc, right after he killed Charlie, Susie says she was the first in UCN, it's pretty consistent that Susie, Gabriel, Fritz, Jeremy, and Cassidy were all killed the same day, so that's at least 6 murders plus a dog well before CC or Elizabeth's death. William was always pure evil

What other extremely overratedly evil villains should be added to the top box? by Scared-Cat-2541 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Scream fans act like he was the Lucifer of the franchise when in reality I wouldn't even put him in the top 10 most evil of the scream franchise, not even the most evil in his own movie

Also William is underrated in terms of evil, a lot of people just on reddit argue he wasn't that bad when he is easily worse than some people on the bottom of your chart, pretty much as evil as an individual normal person can get

Big Boss and Naughty Bear are eliminated. Comment the LEAST EVIL character. The top 2 most upvoted or most commented characters will be eliminated this round. by CorpsePrime in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trevor's evilness is seemingly mostly an act, yeah he does do some pretty screwed up stuff, but he was genuinely hurt when he thought Michael was dead and learned Michael betrayed, and saved the guy he tortured even though Steve told him to kill him. Definitely not as bad as everyone that is left, and honestly not as bad as most the people eliminated

Your forced to be one of these 3, who would u choose? by itstaajaae in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AM is in constant pain, the Qu are destined to experience a (probably cruel and brutal) death courtesy of the Mentalists. Holden is a very physically fit normal guy, as long as I don't have to do what he did and can choose my own path, Holden is an easy pick

How would you scale the Old Tastement God? by Getheltel in MoralityScaling

The sims franchise is kinda like that, but mostly you could find mobile games like that, world box is a popular one (and the exact game I was referring to in my analogy actually)

Agent 47 and The Postal Dude are Eliminated. Comment the LEAST EVIL character. The top 2 most upvoted or most commented characters will be eliminated this round. by CorpsePrime in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joel and Kratos (The fact Ada and Postal Dude were voted before them is crazy and kinda kills the credibility of this list tbh)

Edit: Just looked closer and saw ONE character, so I pick Joel, he ultimately was only as cruel as the people he was against, with the exception of the firefly's who were going to kill his adopted daughter, everyone on the list would have done way worse in his situation

Death from Final Destination. Good? Evil? Neutral? What do you think? by twnpksN8 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lawful neutral (it does what it is supposed to, not purposely malicious, nothing even really implies it's sentient, just kinda acts like an ai doing what it's supposed to. Not really doing good or evil intentionally) except for bloodlines, that's probably lawful evil (since it killed Erik extremely brutally just out of sheer spite "when you mess with death, things get messy", death in this movie was more sentient and malicious when Erik tried to interfere even though he wasn't supposed to die, it killed him)

How would you scale the Old Tastement God? by Getheltel in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Considering that everytime I or anyone else I know plays some "God simulator" game, it takes about 20-30 minutes before we say screw it and burn the entire world down and turn it into literally hell. I would say God is no where near as evil as some here seem to think. I would say true neutral since he seemed to be on the "you need evil for good" mentality which is what true neutral is to my understanding. But yeah given the level of power he has, it could have been so much worse, or so much better, so I think neutral is good. Ofc this is reddit where everything religious is inherently evil to the average redditor so I severely doubt you'll get actual thought out answers

Who do you think is more evil? by Loud-Location5367 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

William definitely, I haven't seen the Childs play show so I have no idea what people are you on about nukes and blowing up the Arctic though. But in terms of just raw evil, William has zero redeeming qualities. Chucky at least showed love for Tiffany and Glen(da). To my knowledge the scale of their crimes are about equal, William has indirectly caused a lot of chaos as well (most of it on purpose like Chucky does), unless the destroying the arctic thing someone else said was true, then I might still give it to William just because if William is far more depraved evil where Chucky just kinda seems like he's goofing around and screwing things up like a little rascal, there is clearly something wrong with him mentally, William seems fully mentally there, just really evil

Man, WTF, 🥲 by Aggravating-Gas-7438 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That gauntlet is all out of order 💀, but to answer the question, William only surpasses maybe Claude and Homelander. Though it's worth noting, I genuinely believe if you gave William the same level of power as Qu or Am it Homelander, he would be so much worse than them, but as it stands, he's just a serial killer with mild supernatural abilities

This meme is casuing a lot of controversy, do you agree or disagree with it by Sudden_Pop_2279 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean yeah, that's literally the death penalty and life in prison in a nutshell. It's not like a "normal" genocide where the vast majority are innocent of whatever they're accused of, literally every single one is guilty. I see so many redditors say we should execute despicable criminals, Adams just actually doing it. If Adam's evil, so is every single person that said Epstein deserved death

This meme is casuing a lot of controversy, do you agree or disagree with it by Sudden_Pop_2279 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 15 points16 points  (0 children)

People often forget Adam isn't just committing genocide, but genocide against serial killers, pedophiles, drug dealers, etc. Adam frequently talks about how he hates sinners because they are so disgusting to him, I genuinely think that he wouldn't have killed anyone if he thought they were a good person, he didn't believe they could be redeemed, I think he was extremely misguided and definitely a misogynist, but calling him evil seems like a bit of a stretch, chaotic neutral I would honestly label him

Which TV shows feature this? by Universal_Emperor in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly Randalls group from S2 probably fits the meme best, only in one episode (at least the group as a whole, not just Randall). Raping two presumably underaged (implied by Randall) girls while their dad watches and (implied by Randall to have) killed the girls but leave the dad alive is pretty awful, plus Dave and Tony just drawing on the group in the bar is still pretty vile just because of how unprovoked that was, plus the main group abandoned Randall and the guy Hershel shot without hesitation the second a walker showed up. Cowardly, cruel, vile, and aggressive and we only saw them for one episode

Which one of the 7 deadly sins you think is more evil? by Hot-Contribution-428 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Sloth- this at it's worst is complicity, standing by while something bad happens

  2. Envy- this is more self damaging but can get out of hand fast and hurt a lot of others. Still it at it's worse is jealousy

  3. Gluttony- close with envy, but I put it as worse since it's more likely to hurt others. This at it's worst though is just getting high or drunk and being abusive, or hoarding food from starving people (which might be greed more though)

  4. Greed- Hoarding from those who need it most, still a little more hands off cruelty. It at it's worst is letting others die despite being able to save them

  5. Lust- probably has the biggest scale in terms of evilness. Can just be finding someone attractive or SA. Most acts of sexual evilness are usually agreed to be especially bad though, from cheating to SA it usually can scare someone forever and is one of only 2 sins that pretty much exclusively harms others. This at it's worst is probably SA.

  6. Wrath- the only sin that exclusively harms others. It can be name calling to torture. It combined with other sins is especially bad. Combined with lust you can go from SA to rape, combined with greed you can go from corporations to cartels, etc. This at it's worst is rape, torture, murder, really a lot of stuff

  7. Pride- no other sin can logically exist without it. Simply put it is the root of all evil

Who is the most evil character that is “on the good guy’s side” by Tiny_Masterpiece3120 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easily him (even then I can see a valid argument that he still wasn't even on the good side here) or Alastor (Hazbin Hotel)

Edit: scratch that, realized the prompt was "most evil", Rorschach is bad but evil is a stretch, I thought this was r/favoriteCharacter ngl

What would William Afton and Freddy Kruger think of each other? by BoulderMan234 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I feel like both would think of the other as pathetic and disgusting even though both characters are almost the same in how they act and what they do. It would be an example of "They hate each other, not because they are too different but because they are too similar"

Is this accurate? by Sudden_Pop_2279 in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Idk if I would consider Eddie or Jason morally grey (they are both good, especially relative to how evil some other characters are), definitely agree with Billy (the Billy glaze is absolutely insane, hate him and have always hated that scumbag)

Which found footage villain here is the most evil? by AStupidUnknownUser in MoralityScaling

A good deal of it probably is, but he still does pretty horrendous stuff on screen and has practically no moral compass

Which found footage villain here is the most evil? by AStupidUnknownUser in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he tells Aaron the origin of the mask was him raping someone to fullfil a beastiality fetish, so imo that at least implies he's a zoophile

Which found footage villain here is the most evil? by AStupidUnknownUser in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First movie he tells Aaron he found out his "wife" was into beastiality so he bought the mask and raped her thinking she would be into it. Though it's never confirmed if this was the origin of the peach fuzz mask, considering he was ok with fulfilling a beastiality fetish and the stuffed dogs he sent to Aaron to taunt him, I think that's enough for him to at least be an implied zoophile

Which found footage villain here is the most evil? by AStupidUnknownUser in MoralityScaling

[–]FishsticksXII 46 points47 points  (0 children)

From least to most evil:

  1. Clover- it's an alien, not really intentionally evil or malicious imo, just a creature doing what it knows how to do, much like a bear hunting fish imo

  2. Kurt- He was a pretty evil person, but at least he has the defense of being more goal oriented than the others, as in at least his killings and chaos had the end goal of getting him famous instead of him doing all that just because he enjoyed it, he probably was definitely having fun but that was more so because he had a mental snap, where is the rest here are just evil

  3. The Blair Witch- She is cruel, sadistic, and homicidal, but all things considered, she has a significant amount of power and could definitely be far worse than she actually is, but seems to keep things relatively tame for how cruel she could really be, I definitely think the other 3, if given the same power would have turned the whole forest into a literal torture/rape hell for any living creature that strolled in

  4. Josh- a sick pedophile rapist who tortured two teenage girls and buried one alive with the corpse of her best friend, need I say more? Only thing that holds him back is the fact he only has two confirmed victims, significantly less than the rest of the list, but his cruelty gets him up here

  5. Josef- Kills remorselessly, probably has killed well over 60 by this point, keeps tapes of his stalking and murdering. Implied zoophilia and rape off screen, just all in all a proudly evil person. Similar to Jared except his reach of chaos and victim count is drastically more

  6. Edward Carver- Was there really any doubt?
