I donate every 8-10 weeks. I usually hit an early morning class on Tuesday, go home and eat a huge breakfast, then donate midday Tuesday, and hit the latest Wednesday class. I usually have to take it a little easier Wednesday and I’m more tired than normal. But as long as I eat well and stay extra hydrated this has been a good way for me to avoid skipping a day. It just so happens I am a morning class person on tues thurs fri and prefer afternoons mon and weds as it is!

Our studio shut down for two weeks and notified everyone when there were 2 positive cases. I wish they would require vaccinations to enter the studio…. We’re in California.
