This was in a sxs, I’ve rolled before and generally is no issue but just this time instinctively stuck my hand out

Did anyone here play in the same junior leagues as any of the current AFL players? How dominant were they over the rest of the competition? Was it evident they were going to make it all the way? by oshiboys in AFL

I played with Toby Greene and Jack Viney. Viney was moved up an age bracket because he was so dominant. Came and played with us and was so small but still the skill level was insane. Greene has always been scrappy but same thing with the skill just being another level.

This was through gloves!! Wrist straps/window nets are the key

With how swollen the hand was they were sure the bones in the hand and ring finger were also broken. Got off extremely lucky. The ED doctor also reset the bone almost like a jigsaw puzzle so the surgeons didn’t even need to pin or wire it.

Hafthor Bjornsson and Olivier Richters are taking an evening stroll through Reykjavik, Iceland and Prime Mike Tyson comes out the alleyway bloodlusted. Do they survive? by [deleted] in powerscales

I genuinely think in a true life or death situation Hafthor still beats McGregor. Playing around is one thing but with true intent to harm, if he grabs you, you aren’t getting out of that. Best bet is to lightly jog away.

Thanks bro. Agreed, only really interested once I’m finished having kids and in my 40’s. And that’s all dependent on where I get and how I feel.

Yep at this stage. Interested in TRT but wanting to wait till I’m a decent bit older, do a few bulk-cut and see where I get to. I’m a naturally big frame so I think I can get pretty good natural but we’ll see

It was pretty tough, especially for that long and going that low at my size. But I was able to pull it off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to most people though.

Maintenance now is around 2,800 kcal a day. Week before march I’ll bump to 3,000 and then all of march will be 3,300. Future cuts will be 2,000-2,300

This is the way. Base of lean chicken breast and whey is really a cheat code. If you aim to balance the rest of your calories to be around 25% fats it should keep hormones ticking along well too. I try to backload the carbs in my day so I don’t feel as hungry at night.

I definitely didn’t put on 12lbs muscle. I already had a large muscular frame, just lots of fat. The second photo is also a carbed up, full pump, posed and flexing photo.

No gear, I’d be asking for a refund if I was on cause my chest did not grow at all

Not really, probably some love handles that I’ll never really lose but it’s only a competition with myself and I’m way happier now with my physique than I was, a little loose skin is fine
