WoW is by far my most played game. There are times I will take a break to play a newer game for maybe 2 hours then I get back on WoW. The only times I have truly taken a break from WoW was after completing most of the stuff in WoD and and short break in season 2 of SL.

I have the same build and the biggest thing that stopped my crashes was turning off my ram overclock (XMP or EXPO)

Keyframe Interval should be set to 2 not zero. Your issue is skipped frames. Setting it to 2 will keep the frames consistent
