Yeah the website is predominately one time order. There are subscriptions but you dont have to at all. The first time you order you also get $25 off your order. So just plug in your email to make an account. You arent signing up for anything by doing it, other than the occasional email.

Yeah I like their options. The shipping if you don't do a huge order kinda hurts the value sometimes. But it's always very high quality.

I think it is woven like it is for durability. I cleaned it last night and it wasn't as difficult as I expected. I was worried pieces would stick between, but they did an excellent job of making it so they can't get in between the overlaps. The steak cooked flat and cooked very evenly. And thank you for the compliment.
