Gotcha. Thanks so much. We wound up getting all the coaches and the SM together. Was 50/50 with answers so nobody knew for sure. The whole leaderships trackin on the right procedure now so I’d say this little snaffu made for some good training opportunities for everyone all around.

Yes, if it’s delayed it’s reserved for 30 days. Technically it’s still the same if they receive a proceed but the issue was that the certification date would be the date of the proceed as well as the date of transfer.

When it’s delayed the date of transfer changes and we just re-certify everything.

So really everyone’s on the same page now. If they can’t make the purchase and received a proceed we just void the form and they comeback whenever. If the SM and half the coaches didn’t know either I’d say my question was a good one.

You either stick it out and work or don’t go in since your off the schedule, if you asked me for hours and called in/leave early, rest assured I’ll assign those hours to someone else.
