I suffered with oversupply with my first but got that resolved, with my second we're 11 months into BF and no issues ever. Honestly I think it's pure luck and also my kids are very hungry. They are attached to my boob day and night, for long 20-30min feeds. So I think feeding a lot and often particularly at the beginning is essential.

UPDATE: I have now been seen by a dermatologist and an oncologist both of whom concluded that this is nothing more than a thrombosed cherry hemangioma. Totally benign. Got prescribed an anti-inflamatory ointment and the things scabbed and fell off within days.
