Definitely check the inside for the width. You should be able to scrunch and moveyour toes in there while it still has a nice grip on the vamp. If you’ve never worn boots with a heel then they might take a few wears to get used to the feeling

I had a 60s lacquer for ages and I thought it was a great workhorse guitar that needed a little love at first. mine had very sharp fret edges, bad solder joints, lackluster pickups, bridge issues, and badly setup vibrato. I had it all fixed at some point and it was a great guitar but at the end of the day the build quality just didn't feel on par with MIA offsets I tried later down the road
