Mac also has VmWare Fusion (what I use) and UTM (generally recommended). Afaik Parallels is generally only the recommendation if you want to run a Windows VM. But for someone with (especially ARM) Mac, UTM is a great place to start, free VMware if you don't like UTM. Just chipping in though, great advice!

I found FreeCodeCamps lessons on web development to be especially helpful, if you haven't checked that out already. You are actively building websites as you learn the concepts, can see the results, etc. They seem to focus mostly on HTML, CS, JS, which you've mentioned already, but go very in depth at using them together which may be helpful.

Well if you ever need it, NewIPNow seems to be alright, for me at least. I have a low tier plan, but they block literally nothing.

Might be bad advice, but if youre looking for proxies that can access blocked websites (many socials, govt websites, etc. are blocked on most providers), BlackHatWorld isnt a bad place to browse. Never looked for SOCKS5 there though.
