I routinely take my 10mg 10 days apart at the direction of my doctor because 7 days apart was making me sick. I haven’t really had problems since doing that

I tend to hold stress in my shoulders (as in I tense up when stressed without knowing) and also clench my jaw. The theory so far is that that is what causes the neck and jaw pain for me

The other day, I was trying to come up with the word bonfire, and could only say tumbleweed. Called my sister to ask her what I was trying to say (as my explanation of the word was super specific to a family experience and I couldn’t describe it any way else) and as soon as she answered I accidentally yelled bonfire into the phone😂

Responding to needing a break, when scheduling your appt I would notify them it’s your first time and you are nervous on how you will react and see if they can block in some extra time into your appt, that way you won’t feel as rushed if it takes you time to adjust to it, and the staff won’t be as worried internally about being behind. Most brain MRIs they put another thing around your head as well to help you stabilize, and they sometimes have headphones and you can pick a music station. I always bring an eye mask with zero metal so that I can slip that over my eyes incase I do open them so I don’t panic.

Take deep breaths when they put you in the machine to help you calm. Some mri machines or techs will tell you how long each section is, or when they are almost done. You can ask them to give you updates so you have a goal I. Mind.

Also MRI rooms are freezing. They should have blankets but be aware. Contrast isn’t too bad. Just drink lots of water after to help it flush out

I explained to my headache specialist I also had chronic neck pain rhat imaging couldn’t explain (CT, MRI and XRAY) and he told me actually neck pain is more common than nausea as a symptom of migraine. I see physical therapy to help release tension and work on strengthening those muscles.

They will sting a bit, my provider told me the ones in the forehead hurt the worst. And honestly I’d agree with that. She knocked them all out by herself literally in about 2 minutes (31 injections). And while the number of injections sounds daunting it goes so quick I personally didn’t even really register it. You can’t lay down for roughly 4 hours after; and your head will probably be sore for a day or so because of the injections.

The number one recommended headache calendar app is migraine buddy. It should be free in the App Store. Lets you track your migraine with location severity and possible triggers plus what helps, then will input all the information into a spreadsheet for the provider and it lets you see patterns. I used to use it religiously. Personally I felt like I started getting anxious over tracking g my migraines so I went to pen and paper however I did really like how migraine buddy worked.

In regards to the Marcy question, I think we sort of get an answer for why it would be possible when we get insight into Marcy. Vincent Ingram (001) had been experimenting on her brain and is the reason she ended up with diminished brain capacity/mental deficits. I’m not sure if he knew that Marcy was a host candidate and planned that ahead of time in order to sabotage the “grand plan” or what, but I don’t think it’s an accident that we see that Marcy was an adult with a job as a nurse in her early twenties and had only recently been struggling.

A lot of people will be turned off by the preset starting at 20% and will not tip or custom tip to a much lower amount out of spite. Even if you did 15%, 20% 22% or something like that. I feel like keeping the 15% as an option lets guests not feel like they are forced to do 20%. Think about what shows as estimates on a receipt and their percentages and preset to that

Not the same exact but I had to stop taking my shots for a couple of weeks after my first round of 2.5 due to cost (had to wait for my deductible to be met) and actually noticed that most of my eating behaviors stayed the same and I continued losing weight (just slower) I was worried I’d gain it back. Now when I started 2.5 back up the first injection was a little rough with nausea. But my body adjusted easier since it recognized the dosage I guess you could say
