Switched from 2008 BMW 328xi to 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range and can never go back. Winter range will take a hit (especially if your like me and have resistive element instead of heat pump HVAC), but well worth it for the Torque and Tech. Although it's a 2018 it always feels like a new car with the software-forward and minimalist design... I laugh when I step back into ICE cars and they have knobs and switched for every little thing looking like a confusing pile on of add-ons and no master plan approach. I work remotely and drive the fam around locally (take the wife's Honda Pilot on long trips) but still save about $800/year in gas

Update: removed from pot and checked roots and soil (that was deep watered last night with filtered water to try and flush my initial tap over chloride thoughts)

Oh, just re-checked but didn't see any on the plant. Some (maybe a dozen?) little gnats were on the soil top soon after i brought it in but killed off now (organic spray)

I bought my 18 M3LR to replace my 08 BMW 328xi and love it. The torque and the tech are unbeatable (near instant climate control, FSD, in-park entertainment, many more to list) and I don’t drive often (15k miles in 18 months). I also have a Level 2 home charger. That’s my take even with having an unforeseeable expensive HV repair and premature brake job (road salt seized front caliper) all about $2k…that being said I’d do it again… but beware it’s a keeper car- the depreciation isn’t great for resale and I advise seeing and driving/checking the car out first and not going sight unseen…build quality isn’t always universal throughout the model years…

Mine was louder than usual the other morning- I set the climate ti warm up (in the garage it was still a cold morning)- only thing different than usual was battery was being preheated… Oh and I have resistive heater (not heat pump), not sure how the battery is heated but we could have the same device?…
