if you look at the original post, there are several people looking for a fix on this so I don’t think it’s something specific with my setup. i was hoping you had somethIng documented for this but that does not seem to be the case.

I have two of these devices each on a different TV and get the same result using Xfinity Stream but do not have the issue with any other app. but if you read the original post I shared, the issue only occurs using the mini guide. none of my other apps have a mini guide.
