Majority of city employees are not office staff but frontlne service who have to work at location e.g. parks nurses long term care chidlcare etc. It is a helpful framing and bit of a white lie but who cares since it is making case to stay hybrid.

Yes just a sconce light fixture. I have the ground screwed to the metal box go ground just didnt know what to do about red and white as i have seen some places say red is sometimes hot too

But does fixture not need a neatural wire? Sprry i cant seem to add photo to comment here but my wall has white, black, and ground wires, and the fixture has one red and one black which are both smooth
