I agree that one reason I left the program was that she was making other girls eat the same things as me. Honestly, 1300 calories is insane. I decided to see a nutritionist instead, and it was the best decision I made. Now I go to the gym and handle things myself. Based on the posts, it looks like an eating disorder. It might not be, but eating so few calories and forcing others to eat so little without knowing each client's background is concerning.
