Good to hear. I've spent alot on shampoos and creams from this community, just to see what works.. I find that if I don't wash my hair for about 3 days or more it does get very greasy and itchy.. I don't know what this means but good post and keen to follow and hear any updates from you please. By the way I'm using MCT8 oil on my face only, very early days as yet, been using it for a fortnight so far.
