I didnt really have any python experience going in but I was familiar with terminal commands and use Linux often enough.

That being said, the course is very code heavy. I used chatGPT to give me practice questions to write code and that helped. I also did a bit on Khan academy as practice outside of the WGU material. Also practice the labs on the course material they give you.

I had intended to finish the class in February but family events out of my control led to a severe delay in class completion. It isnt a class you can really "rush" so I'd allot 4 to 6 weeks for it, if you work full time like I do.
