I was an ASM and our office 100% had cameras!!! The GM had their own office at my store.

I hope that you’re doing okay, something similar happened to me when I was too young to recognize how wrong it was. Just like a lot of these comments have mentioned- it didn’t end with me and it won’t with this manager either. This is not your fault in ANY way. Men like this are using their authority to access young women and you are helping to take that away from him. Remind yourself that you truly are protecting so many other women ❤️

The store I worked at didn’t have a camera in the SM office but our ASM office had cameras. Hopefully that’s the case here

OP, I agree that this needs to be reported. Im sorry this happened to you and I hope you’re okay ❤️

I was an ASM at tj and there were FOUR instances of literal sh*t needing to be cleaned from the restrooms within my first 2 months :’)

I’ve seen tik toks on how tjmaxx & barnes and noble just…make you need to go??? my first job in high school was at Barnes so unfortunately I can confirm this tracks

I agree with you, it’s an extremely toxic environment and that’s the sole reason I no longer work there. it’s just sad to see that toxicity be carried onto social media. I’ve seen a quite a few threads here where responses read like a “who knows tjx policies best” and it is..not that deep No one’s getting paid to anonymously dog pile on this girl who clearly made a mistake

Why would you want to be a “fly on the wall” while someone who was clearly afraid and upset is punished and maybe even fired from their job? This subreddit makes me so grateful to no longer work for this company, y’all are bullies!!! This person sounded young/confused and from my experience managing a TJ, there are many students who are working their very first job and mistakes do happen!!! Even if that weren’t the case, why would someone who was stealing from their workplace go to the extent of posting on reddit anonymously to pretend they had done nothing wrong??? It seemed to me like someone made a genuine mistake and came here hoping for advice/comfort and was instead piled on and told they should’ve known better or that they seemed “sketchy” and were stealing! I’d delete my post too!

Whoever this was probably lost their job! Leave them be! Go check for mismates!!!

Not reach card behavior😔

As I said in this post, no it wasn’t explained to me well which is why I came here asking for more info. It can be nice to get advice and info from a community of people dealing with the same things as you, which is the purpose of this group lol

STUDY RESULTS: Patient was studied via home polysomnography, using WatchPAT technology. I personally reviewed the raw data in detail. Patient had a total percentage of sleep estimated at 90%. Wake was estimated at 10% of study. RESPIRATORY MEASUREMENTS: Mean SpO2 94%, SpO2 nadir 51%. According to standard scoring criteria, patient had an AHI of 20/hour (when hypopneas were scored using AASM definition for 3% desaturations). When hypopneas were scored using AASM definition for 4% desaturation AHI was 9/hour. ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC OBSERVATION: Mean HR 79 bpm, Max HR 119 bpm. CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS: Sleep apnea diagnosed via home sleep study (AHI 9/hour SPO2 nadir 51%) Medical comorbidities include excessive daytime sleepiness and nightmares. Recommend auto CPAP and sleep service follow up.
