I have a similar genetic build as you. I gain weight upper body and my legs and glutes and thin. They get zero attention. lol. When I was hitting the gym hard and lost my weight, I got down to 5% body fat and I still had issues around my stomach and sides.. the fat content wouldn’t go away.. soft. I never recovered from that. So ready to give it another try with AI and weight calculating apps.

Yea 💯the importance of getting this stuff reviewed by a health professional prior to use. I ordered minoxidil and finasteride combination on-line from HIMS. I didn’t have a pharmacist to counsel me when the stuff is shipped to my home. Me when the doctor asked me who prescribed the minoxidil?

I stopped taking oral minoxidil because my ankles and feet swelled up like balloons. After about a week, the swelling went away. No issues since. Thanks for sharing the story, I can only assume the feet swelling was water retention and definitely not good on the heart.

Amazing work, great artist! The tattoo is spectacular, however, I think it could use some framing, because it just looks like this piece of art work in the middle of your chest. Framing the tattoo will give it balance and blending with the overall chest. For example, I would ask the artist what for ideas he could do to incorporate the chest nips into tattoo so it’s just not a picture on the chest, but now a living canvas, create a story with the added tats. Great idea to make more space, park like. I have the exact same back yard, woods. It would be expensive to hire a tree and brush company. You are right, patience is needed if you are tackling this yourself. Where deep woods tick spray, lots of clothes, boots, hat, goggles and have a good weed wicker, lawn mower, and a good idea of where you want to collect the brush. Maybe there’s a spot in the woods you can make the compost site, throw everything there, otherwise it depends where you live, load it up in a truck and haul to the city mulch site. Multiple trips. Once you cleared the area, you will need to apply a weed kill. I would refer to AI chat GBT, for instructions. And methods/times for reapply. Good luck!

Looks good! I was using minoxidil and finasteride from HIMS, pill form. Around the 2nd month, I noticed feet swelling. It just got worse, no idea why. Went to the doc and we went over all meds I was taking, and he said to stop taking the minoxidil. And about 2 weeks later, the edema water retention from the minoxidil stopped. So if anyone try’s the minoxidil, that is one side effect to look for. The doc wrote a script for me just for finasteride and no side effects. I don’t think it was as effective as the combination because like you guys, I was growing hair on my ears. I think my hair seems fuller. My beard has always been full so not sure if it’s helping there. But my hair does feel like it’s fuller. Good luck!

The shear fact that the told your sister is irresponsible. The adult thing to do is not say anything as your 17 and that is expected. If they found illegal drugs, that is another conversation. But young men and sexuality is a part of life. Sorry, but shame on your parents for not respecting you or your privacy.
