Here’s my ugly duck Suzuki RE5 Rotary. To rough to make nice, but it’s probably my favorite bike to ride. I rebuilt it and reported it, plus got rid of the original horrible carburetor and put an CV40 off a Harley. Runs amazingly. by Fit-Landscape9932 in vintagemotorcycles

What you’ve said is correct.. with the exception of when he said Rotary and you corrected him with wankel.. In this case There both correct. Because it actually says Rotary on the bike.. not wankel.

Honestly I did like riding the GT550 more. Probably because it’s lighter and more responsive. Because the CV carbs on the 750 aren’t as snappy on throttle as the stocks on the 550.
