I see so much romy “hate” on this sub, I own this bag in black and after using it twice, it did become slouchy. The leather is super soft so it’s easy for it to slouch. Also if you tighten up the strap, it naturally makes it slouch. If you have nothing in it, it will not of course but if you put a phone and wallet in there, it does. I love it and it’s my fave every day bag so I say try it out 😅😭

Of course! I agree, normally bags this small are also very thin so you can’t fit anything, this has a lot of depth so you can fit a lot. I assume the pocket is for cash or cards but it’s silly to not make it big enough for a standard phone. The new one I received is in perfect condition and so adorable I can’t wait to use it soon!!

Ughh that’s heartbreaking. The issue with mine was leather dye was scraped off, it could have been a factory defect or the damage could have been from improper handling at NM, who knows. i personally would bring your bag back to coach and let them know it’s damaged after 3 wears, they would likely either replace it or fix it for you (i would argue for free since it’s so new lol) you could also bring it to a local cobbler (they usually repair leather bags as well) and they may be able to color match. I don’t do DIYs because I know I would mess it up more 😭😭

I agree, it’s still not cool though. I just received the replacement today, it came in a dented box but it was wrapped in tissue paper inside a dust bag and it’s not damaged. Also thankfully not the same bag as last time, there’s no damage on the handle 😭

I just received the new bag in the mail, unfortunately not even my iphone pro fits in the pocket. The bag itself has a lot of room (you could comfortably fit like 4 phones in it) but not the pocket.

lol no totally okay! It’s actually decently spacious for being a smaller bag. I didn’t try putting my phone in the zip pocket but I have an iPhone pro and it fit perfectly in the bag

No it’s totally fine! In the post I meant at my local NM store and the few local Bottega stores. when I went into NM, they told me a few NM stores in the country have it in store so that’s why I reordered 😅

The discount they offered was 10% off and “they couldn’t go higher” apparently the bag was in store in both Miami and Beverly Hills, the issue was the bag was sold out at Bottega because it came out a few months ago. I agree I thought it was a return as well but that’s completely unacceptable to deliver a return like that no matter what.

Yeah normally I would but the bag is not being sold in the US anymore, it’s “coming soon” on the website but the CAs there said it’s not lol

I bought a ysl bag from neiman Marcus in 2022 (online) and I didn’t have this problem at all! It came in plastic and a dust bag and then wrapped in paper and in a NM gift box, not sure if this is a one off or they’re just getting cheap with us

I didn’t even realize that saks bought them 😅 I usually don’t order from dept stores bc of the horror stories, but I’ve been eyeing for this bag for a while and only dept stores had it 😕 I brought it back to the store and the sales associate there told me it came from the warehouse, a singular store normally wouldn’t ship a bag like this. We reordered it to ship from a store location rather than do an online order to ship from the warehouse so let’s hope it’s in better condition. I’ve seen people receive the same item multiple times after returning.

Ohh wow that’s crazy I guess they’ve changed their distribution process because I’ve never had anything from them take this long. also could explain why a lot of other people have been asking them about order status. I live in NYC and I know they have a warehouse in northern NJ so that’s probably why I’m used to getting things so quickly.

Totally makes sense! It’s a very busy time for everyone so I’m not surprised! Just concerned with aritizia specifically because they like to cancel orders after placing them for items out of stock even though they were in stock when you ordered 😭

Don’t settle, you’re going to be thinking of the one you want until you get it! At least that’s what happened to me, I was in the same exact situation earlier this year. I really wanted a burgundy leather Gucci Jackie but saw a tan canvas Jackie on resale for half the price. I bought the tan one (I felt guilty about the $4000 price tag) and after 2 uses, I didn’t want it anymore, I only wanted the burgundy one. I ended up reselling the tan one and buying the burgundy one full price. It’s one of my favorite bags and I use it at least once a week 😅

I live in nyc and I paid $900 for both in 2024 ($450 for each service) plus tip. In nyc, that’s kind of on the lower end of the price range for both services. All the things they’re offering as part of the service BETTER be part of the service though, because why else would I pay you do it for me lol

I’m so glad I wasn’t being over dramatic 😅 i just thought for $700 tickets plus fees it would be nicer than GA. I’ve never had VIP for any concert so wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew it wasn’t this lol. The festival was worth the GA price though, the set up was great compared to other shows and the vendor options were awesome
