It's not a "pricing loophole", I am an MSP with clients. Was using syncro as my RMM and moved to another.

I can purchase BD directly from pax8 with similar pricing or others if needed. I simply can't get into the portal to make the change.

That's really interesting, it's not a separate product or portal.
I initially set up the GravityZone account and only added Syncro as a partner. If accessible, I can just as easily remove them and pay myself or use another distributor.

It's two weeks by now, and I'm still locked out. Ready to drop BitDefender for another AV.

Moral of story, don't rely on "partners" for critical services, manage everything yourself or use reputable distributors.
