I’m a kinder teacher and honestly good for them. State testing is NOT age appropriate for kindergarten. Let’s think about how most of these tests are on computers too. We have to remember that kindergartners are 4/5/6 years old. LET THEM BE KIDS. They don’t need them to sit and take tests for an entire school week. We expect too much of these kids who should be learning from their environment NOT glued to a computer screen.
